The law firms Woźniak Legal and Carter Lemon Camerons held a joint seminar in London on 25 January 2018. The seminar focused on investment opportunities in Poland, with particular reference to the real estate, infrastructure and energy sectors. The aim of the seminar was to encourage foreign investors to invest in the rapidly developing sectors of Polish economy.
After the welcome remarks by Katarzyna Bogusławska (partner in Carter Lemon Camerons), Grzegorz Woźniak and Adrian Andrychowski from Woźniak Legal spoke at the seminar. Adrian Andrychowski (associate) gave a speech about the golden age for the Polish property market investment. During his presentation, Adrian provided information about the commercial property market In Poland, including the retail, office and warehouse sectors. He also presented the most common types of real estate transactions on the market. Grzegorz Woźniak (partner) gave a speech about choosing the right business structure for foreign investments in Poland, taking into consideration tax issues.
Both law firms have also presented a new joint family office cross-border advisory service for affluent individuals (known as HNWI - High Net Worth Individual) and their families with regard to wealth management, investment, family law and intergenerational wealth transfer. The main aim of this service is to help our client properly allocate their investment as well as to provide legal and tax advice of the highest quality.
