We are New Circle and we are representing one of the best and the most extraordinary legal networks in the world! It was established in 2014 by ex-Allen&Overy lawyers in their respective countries. Every quarter or so we hold the working sessions in one of the member offices belonging to the network (currently it covers the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovakia and Poland). On 4 April 2019, we held the working session in Warsaw to discuss our ambitious and wide ranging expansion programme. A game plan for the rest of 2019 has been discussed and agreed. Our next meeting will take place in Budapest in October after the Annual IBA 2019 Conference in Seoul where we will be definitely present as well!

Fear is not the word. Quality is the word. We trust ourselves and know that it’s not WHAT we do that makes a difference but HOW we do it. The shared experience in working closely together on many multi-jurisdictional transactions enables us to provide consistent high quality legal advice across different jurisdictions based on the same values, business culture and approach to clients’ needs. The way we work – with our clients and with each other – is as much part of who we are as what we actually do. This is what makes us different than other legal networks.
