The Head of Strategic Relationships at The Law Society of England & Wales, Stephen Denyer, is attending the inaugural meeting of The Anglo-Polish Law Association (APLA) hosted by Mills & Reeve and Wozniak Legal on Tuesday 4 June 2019, 5-7pm with drinks afterwards. Venue: 24 Monument Street, London.

Stephen Denyer is a solicitor who is responsible for all the Society’s strategic relationships with leading stakeholders in private practice and for promoting London as a global legal hub. He is also a member of the Management Board of the International Bar Association.

Throughout his career with Allen & Overy, Stephen Denyer has been at the forefront of the globalisation of legal services. With an extensive track record of creating bonds with lawyers and law firms from different jurisdictions and cultures, he played a key role in the internationalisation of both Allen & Overy and of legal practice. He is also an author, commentator and strategic advisor as well as a respected manager and leader.

Attendees can discuss with Stephen Denyer and a panel of experts including Steve Terrett of The British Law Centre: 1. The role of The Anglo-Polish Law Association; 2. Its targets; 3. How cooperation between the APLA and The British Law Centre can be combined; 4.  How English law can be promoted in Poland and  Polish law can be promoted in England; 5.
