Wozniak Legal acted for First Property Group, an investment company and the manager of real estate funds operating in the UK and Central Europe, on the sale of a 50.3% share in the ownership of Chałubińskiego 8 office building in Warsaw.
The purchaser was CPI Property Group represented by Dentons. CPI Property Group is a real estate company whose majority shareholder is Czech billionaire Radovan Vitek. It’s main business is long-term investments, rental of space and management of office, retail, residential and hotel assets. It operates in 10 European countries.
Chałubińskiego 8 office building (also known as Intraco II or Oxford Tower) is a major landmark in the center of Warsaw. The building, one of the first high-rise ones in the city, offers a total of 46,000 sq. m. of office space situated on 47 floors.
The transaction was led by partner Piotr Drzazga, with assistance of associate Maciej Kiraga.
