It is a must-attend event in the fraud and asset recovery program throughout the year. Today, fraud, asset tracing and recovery cases are rarely domestic in their entirety. Understandably, the UK, with its sophisticated legal system is one of the most important jurisdictions to pursue fraudsters but it has be done with international cooperation. The trend of greater cross-border information sharing and investigation should continue.
