We are helping individuals, who are the heirs of pre-WWII real estate owners, to reclaim ownership of real estate (reprivatisation).
In 1945 the communist government of Poland issued the Decree on the ownership and use of land in the area of Warsaw. As a result, the ownership of all lands and buildings within the pre-war city limits was acquired by the State with no respect for private ownership.
Woźniak Legal has significant expertise in handling such cases. We are handling now several cases involving restoration of real estate, mostly of foreign nationals. They are now entering a decisive phase – decisions ordering restoration of real estate to heirs will be issued soon.
