Agnieszka is an associate in the firm’s Compliance and Regulatory, Real Estate and Private Client Group. She specialises in data protection, antitrust compliance and various real estate matters.
 
Agnieszka supports clients with the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), audits companies on compliance with data protection rules, and proposes risk mitigation actions.
 
Agnieszka provides also ongoing legal assistance to various commercial entities as well as private clients matters susch as family law and property restitution.
 
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw with the master thesis concerning General Data Protection Regulation.
