Natalia is a junior associate in the firm’s Corporate Group. Natalia advises corporate clients in a wide range of matters including real estate due diligence and M&A processes, commercial agreements and compliance procedures, including antitrust law.
Natalia studied at the University of Warsaw and graduated with honours in 2018. In September 2019 Natalia finished post-graduate studies on law of new technologies.
Since January 2019 Natalia has been a trainee attorney-at-law in Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
