Anna is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group. Anna specializes in commercial law, including M&A, takeovers, demergers, corporate reorganizations and due-diligence processes. She also has an experience in real estate matters such as selling and purchasing of real estate.
Anna studied law at the Kozminski University in Warsaw and she graduated in 2021.
In September 2025, Anna was admitted to the Warsaw Bar as an advocate.
