Artur advises the firm's clients in the business operations, notably providing practical legal advice on antitrust risk assessment and dawn raids. In addition, Artur participates in M&A transactions, particularly in the field of merger control. In his work, he is also involved in drafting commercial agreements.
Artur acquired his professional experience with the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) in Warsaw, where he worked in the Trade Inspection Department (DIH) and the Competition Protection Department (DOK) before joining Wozniak Legal in 2022.
Since July 2023, Artur has been an attorney-at-law in the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
