Maciej is a junior associate in the firm’s Corporate Group. He specializes in civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on company and contract law. His practice includes advising on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, corporate reorganizations, and due diligence processes.

Maciej studied law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University and he graduated in 2024.
 
Since December 2024, Maciej has been a trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association.
