Piotr is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group. He specialises in real estate, M&A transactions and corporate law.
Piotr has over 15 years of experience in advising clients on real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions of various real estate assets, office leases, development and public private partnership projects. Some of his landmark transactions include advising a leading UK real estate fund, on acquisition (through several transactions) of their EUR 300 million portfolio in Poland, a consortium of international insurance company and a real estate investment management firm on acquisition of the Warsaw Financial Centre, a class A office skyscraper in Warsaw, and a major Hungarian developer on development and construction of a new railway station and the adjacent shopping mall in Poznań. Recently, he advises a Polish arm of Bouygues Bâtiment International, a leading French development and construction group, on its development activities in Poland.
During his professional career, Piotr has also advised on a large number of high profile M&A transactions, advising banks, financial institutions and international companies on their investments and acquisitions in Poland.
Prior to joining Woźniak Legal, Piotr worked at Allen & Overy, Warsaw (2001 – 2013) as a senior associate in the corporate department and the real estate department.
