WHO WE ARE
Woźniak Legal is a dynamic, rapidly expanding Polish law firm with international capabilities, focused on providing a complete legal service to international and Polish businesses and high-net-worth individuals. With over 20 lawyers in our Warsaw office, we are well suited to provide a full range of services to fast-growth businesses at all stages of their life cycle.
The firm was established in 2007 by Grzegorz Woźniak, who acquired his professional experience with Allen & Overy Warsaw, where he worked for 14 years and was involved in many transactions and litigation cases.
While we are based in Warsaw, we’re connected and we operate internationally. Around 70 per cent of our work comes from abroad. In an increasingly globalised world, our clients' needs often have an international component and the requirement for international advice is growing.

Woźniak Legal attends the 18th edition of the C5 Fraud, Asset Tracing & Recovery Conference held in Geneva on 14-15 March 2024
Grzegorz E. Woźniak gave a presentation on 14 March on how to handle the heat in fraud & asset recovery disputes and attended the panel on 15 March on cross-border procedural tricks and tactics in asset recovery cases together with Laurence Emmet KC, (the barrister from One Essex Court in London) and Dmytro Marchukov from Ukraine. -

On 22st - 23rd February 2024 Woźniak Legal attends the ThoughtLeaders FIRE Starters asset tracing summit in Dublin. Grzegorz Woźniak gave presentation on “How to Navigate Big Fraud Cases: Mandatory Injunctions” and took part in the panel discussion on obtaining evidence from foreign jurisdictions. -

On 21st April 2023 Woźniak Legal attends the New Circle meeting in Lisbon to celebrate joining of the new members (Lisbon and Madrid) at the first in-person meeting after the Covid pandemic. In September 2017, Wożniak Legal gave presentation on „Doing legal business in V4” at The Law Society in London. The lecture included the Poland’s success story, as well as an overview of the energy sector and ongoing projects such as One Belt One Road, the Three Seas Initiative, and new gas trading opportunities such as the LNG terminal in Świnoujście and the construction of the Baltic Pipe.

Grzegorz Woźniak spoke about facts and myths of the so-called “wild reprivatisation” giving his perspective of a lawyer with a mergers&acquisition background who deals regularly with restitution cases. The conference featured many international speakers and attendees, including representatives of major world restitution organizations and leading American restitution lawyers. -

Woźniak Legal establishes international network of law firms (later to be named New Circle)
Woźniak Legal was one of the founding members of New Circle - a network of law firms created by lawyers who used to work together at Allen&Overy. In June 2014, the inaugural meeting took place in Milan. The law firms from Hamburg, Amsterdam, Prague, Warsaw and Milan announced creation of an international network, which later has been named New Circle. -
